How many calories should I look to burn per gym session?

I go for around 1 1/2 hours and burn around 600 calories a session

Should I be staying longer and doing more? Please be honest cus its costing me alot to go and I wanna get the most out of it

Im 5ft 4, and 57kg (125 pounds) and eat very healthily.|||It depends on what you're doing. If it's a day heavy in cardio, you 600-800 calories is wonderful.

If you're doing toning and weight-training, you'll burn 100-300 calories. It's not cardio but it's beneficial to the body.|||i got the same problem, i want to lose weight and fast. I started a blog last night where I'm going to share my secrets and keep a journal of what i eat and excercises so you can do whem with me. http://wallyinshape.blogspot.com...

i hope I can help you out and you will keep coming back. we can keep track of how much we lose together!|||Well thats good you eat healthy, because you should try and burn about as many calories as you eat. Well not the same amount because you dont want to be stick thin, but somewhere around there.|||If you burn 600 calories each day, you are averaging just over a pound a week, since theres 3500 calories to a pound. This is a reasonable pace and the amount of time you are going for is perfect, dont change a thing

Oh and Wallace (first poster), thats a creepy comment you left. Really creepy
