How can I have all the Admins right on my Vista session?

I am the admin on my computer. I use vista. Sometimes when i try installing programs, a window tells me i don't have the admin's right. How can i get all the admins right on my session. I know i can use the Run as Admin option but it isnt always there. Some one help me please.|||You can enable the built in Hidden administrator account. But using it does make your computer less secure.
