Me and my wife are going to a portrait session with the new baby. We want the theme to be simplicity but we want the portraits to stand out. What should I wear?|||bring a few sweaters to the photographer and you can just change there.
Don't wear anything too reflective . A soft fabric that won't reflect light would be good (cotton or wool)
The next thing I'd think about would be skin colour. Use your clothes to draw contrast between the skin and clothes + background. I.e. fair skin (heck with PC: Caucasian or East Asian skin tones) = dark background and dark sweaters. darker skin tones = white / beige backgrounds.
