What are the drills and such you do in a soccer fitness session?

I'm just wondering, because on the 29th my high school team is having 2 fitness sessions. I am compleatly out of shape for running and stuff like that, do you think I could do a fitness session without passing out? Hahahha|||In all likelyhood, it will involve all manner of running, conditition drills and that sort of thing. Might want to go get some runs in before the 29th.
