Is it ok to do a session on the ROWING MACHINE the day after doing a WEIGHTS session?

Yesterday i did a weights session, focusing on my triceps, biceps, shoulders and chest.


The day after a weights session i usually do a cardio session the next day. So i was wondering if it will be ok to use a Rowing Machine the day after doing weights, cos using the rowing machine works the arms, shoulders and chest too.





So maybe this will be classes as over training?|||Personally, working all those muscles if you're looking for muscle growth will be a bit counter-productive. Also, you'd want a day between any back and biceps workout before doing the rowing machine if you're trying to gain some size. If you're looking simply to lean out, the rowing can actually help loosen your muscles a bit and reduce soreness.
