How can NZ Cricket fix the session lapses that costing them test wins?

Recently the Black Caps have got themselves in good wining positions but due to one bad session of play the lose. It must be a mental thing how do they fix the problem.|||They've lost allot of experience, it seems to be decision making at crucial times. Someone suggested to me that new age players have never or had minimal time in the workforce which teaches you to improve decision making and to handle pressure. So maybe some sort of part time job?.|||That's the beauty of test cricket and why test victories should be savoured.

There's nowhere to hide. It's not like one-dayers or twenty20 where one great performance will generally decide the game.

To answer your question, a time machine is probably the answer. By turning back the clock on some previous selections. There are some top batsmen (and a fast bowler) that would probably still be playing if they had been handled differently.

Failing that patience will have to do.|||arrrghh the bloody black caps, they were looking so good last ntie and then let the english back into the game. I cant beleive they lost the last one at old trafford. I sit up all nite and watch the games and then the team just throw it all away|||Gt rid of bracewell and all the excuses. Learn how to play and just harden up. Im sick of watching us fail again and again. And the Cricket bosses wonder why the All Blacks and rugby are and is the Number 1 sport in New Zealand|||Go back and learn the basic skills of the game. For years the players have been unable to read a bowlers style; hence are unable to read the ball.|||They can't. They only have 3 half batsman in the top 6. How, Taylor and Oram. The rest are simply not up to it. McCullum is a nut case !

We are talking 3-5 years of this.|||Play more cricket to get more experiance. Maby they shouldn't were those trousers that are supposed to shine the ball better.
