I scheduled for my first ionathermie session this Monday and I was wondering if those of you who've tried it could give me some idea of what to expect- from length of the session to whether I need to wear a thong.
No negative responses, please, because no one really gives a crap.|||I would recommend wearing at least a thong to a place of business. It might be best to arrive fully dressed and simply follow their directions, or to call them up ahead of time and ask.
