How to accommodate learners with different abilities in the session?

I am doing an action research on accommodating learners with different abilities during the session. I have had experienced that learners never finish tasks at the same time. Learners also never understand the concept at the same time.

Please help.|||Ensure your session includes as many different learning styles as possible. Some learners are visual learners, they like to see a thing being done rather than follow instruction. Other learners may be audio learners and like to hear instruction, this could be you explaining what you want them to do, then we have the kinesthetic learner who just like to try a thing out. If at all possible use imitation and practice in your session, deonstrate what you want them to do, then let them have a go, you could support this method with written handouts for the the readers in the group.

Hope this is of some help

Forgot to mention some learners are a bit if each learning style
