I'm doing a training session as part of my degree to train people how to do a performance appraisal. Within the session I am wanting to do a section that trains people to be descriptive in their wording, for example saying "you are bad with customers" could mean a variety of things whereas what was meant in reality was "you rarely smile at customers".
The training session is for individuals working in the events sector. I was looking for useful clips or something from the office?!
