I weigh 74kgs (144 pounds) and currently intaking 150 grams of protein a day, but how long does my muscle stay ripped for after i've done a weight session at the gym, and should I be taking 150 grams of protein even if I didn't go to gym on that day?
I know I should be consuming protein within 30min after my session, but will the tissue in my muscle repair within a day or more? and should I still be consuming 150 grams of protein a day?|||http://489af275.linkbucks.com
