Why after my session/song is mixed and sounding perfect I bounce it and the quality is horrible?

I use pro tools le 7.4 on a pc. My songs/sessions are mixed well and sound great (in protools), but after I bounce the session to wav/mp3 the quality becomes horrible. What am I doing wrong or not doing?|||Well if your using MP3s, that's probably why your quality is awful. MP3s compress the data to make a smaller file, but at the cost of fidelity. Another thing you might look into doing is placing dither on your final master fader. Putting dither as the last plug-in in your signal chain will make your fades sound much better.
